Their development is determined though series of factors like: access to information and new technologies, economic advisory and easy access to capital. Those factors can be constrains or incentives of entrepreneurship development. Hence the necessity of constructive cooperation between SMEs and regional and national business support institutions. Response to the needs of small and medium enterprises in the Dąbrowski Poviat is the Entrepreneurship Incubator in Szczucin. The incubator has been created on the base of initiative of Poviat Dąbrowski's Board and is the method to activate and take advantage of the human resources potential of the poviat.
