Dąbrowski Poviat represents perfect areas for tourists, who can discover it over again. Lack of heavy industry which means smaller environment pollution, perfect geographical location in the valley of two rivers: Dunajec and Vistula attracts whole families escaping from noise of the cities. Traditional hospitality, excellent regional cuisine and beautiful and quiet village life are liked by everyone who visits Dabrowski Poviat. Therefore, more and more local farmers decide also to run an agritourism farms.

Tourism attractions are located by walking and bicycle paths. Proposed locations are perfect for learning history by whole families. Among valuable cultural heritage attractions we should mention: museum of road building techniques in Szczucin, which presents machines and devices used for construction of roads and bridges, historical documents and beautiful panorama showing construction works. The biggest attraction, apart from architecture monuments, is Zelipie village in Olesno gmina, so called colored village. There is no other village like this in Poland, with houses colored with such fantasy. Each house is decorated with flower motives, colorful folk ornaments. In Breń Podborze located 8 km from Dąbrowa Tarnowska, there is a beautiful park which belongs to the group of Environment Green Premises. This place is perfect one for family walks.

There is a water reservoir in Radgoszcz-Narożniki, which is a big trump concerning tourism development. The surface of the reservoir and by-land covers 45 ha. Area of Dabrowski Powiat is very attractive for development of recreation, sport, and horse ridding, bicycle riding and walking. The biggest trump of this area are forests with wild animals and fruits. Many rivers, brooks, meadows, fields make beautiful landscapes. They surprise also with abundance of architecture monuments.

There is a place in the poviat when you can spend some time on horse ridding. The offer consists of other attractions such as learning of horse ridding, leading a carriage, and hyppotherapy for the youngest.
